SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

RETURN POLICY

At Fashionistar Boutique, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

• We only offer store credit for returns—refunds are not available.

• Return shipping is free, and a prepaid return label will be provided upon request.

ITEM CONDITION

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

• With tags attached and in original packaging

• Free from any stains, makeup, deodorant or fragrance

Non-returnable items include: Final sale items, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, accessories, and discounted products.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

• Submit a return request you must send us an e-mail to info@fashionistarboutique.com. with the subject "Return". We require a receipt or proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
• You’ll receive a payment authorization for the return shipping cost, or you can choose your own shipping method.
• Pack your item securely, ensuring it’s in its original condition, with tags attached.
• Attach the return label (if you used the prepaid label) or use your preferred shipping method, and drop off the package at your nearest carrier.

PROCESSING TIME

• Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

• You will receive store credit in the form of a Fashionista Boutique gift card, which can be used on any future purchase.

STORE CREDIT

• Store credit is valid for 12 months after the date of issue.

• Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
  

• You can view your store credit balance by logging into your Fashionistar Boutique account HERE.

• Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@fashionistarboutique.com.We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
