Pre Sale Questions

Your order will be ship 2-4 business days after placing your order. You will receive a notification that your order has been ship out.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email or text notification with the tracking number. depending on the chosen delivery method you can track your package directly on the Canada Post website UPS USPS FEDEX or DHL.

Yes we do offer exchange. You can return your item within 7 days of receiving it for an exchange in-store, online or gift card.

Your order may have been canceled for several reasons:

The item (s) are sold out.

We cannot verify your shipping address.

Your billing address and / or shipping address does not match the credit recorded for the order.

We ship to worldwide. International shipping charges will apply. International orders (outside the United States) may be subject to additional taxes and customs charges at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to check and pay if these costs apply!
