Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Information to track your order will be attached.
We only make deliveries on working days. Working days are Monday through Friday. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays in the United States and Canada.
Delivery times do not include processing time.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package.

For in-store purchases
The return policy for in-store purchases is 7 days to exchange your item.
The item must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for exchanges, the item must be unscented, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
WE ONLY OFFER IN-STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit your return request.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be unscented, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. The following items are not returnable:
All accessories
All hats
All jewelry
All intimates
All items on sale
RETURNS
To complete your return, you must send us an e-mail to info@fashionistarboutique.com with the subject "Return". We require a receipt or proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
WE ONLY OFFER IN-STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
Returns will be refunded in the form of a digital gift card. We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. International orders are allowed 30 days.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your return is approved, we will email your E-Gift to you within 3 business days of receiving your return. If you have done all of this and still have not received your E-Gift, please contact us at info@fashionistarboutique.com.
Items for sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange your item for another size, you must email us at info@fashionistarboutique.com and we will give you instructions on how to return the items.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
